Carolyn Baird

Carolyn’s unique background as both a CPA and nurse has enabled her to become a compassionate fighter for her real estate clients! With detailed efficiency and kind-hearted service, her clients truly love working with her through the home buying or selling process! While she helps people envision and obtain some lofty goals, Carolyn is down to earth, fun, friendly and experienced. High level personal service is what she believes in and gives wholeheartedly.

In 2006 Carolyn entered Idaho’s real estate industry. Her knowledge of individual and corporate taxation has proved invaluable for not only residential real estate clients and seasoned investors, but anyone looking to utilize the tax shelter benefits of a section 1031 exchange. She loves analyzing investment properties in any market!  Carolyn is a member of two different multiple listing services in Idaho.  She works with Treasure Valley clients and clients in the Mountain Central region who are looking to buy, sell or invest in vacation properties, second homes, recreational lots, and commercial small businesses. 

Carolyn’s husband, Andrew Baird, is a general/cosmetic dentist at Eagle River Smiles and Eagle River Smiles West (and is wonderful if you need a referral!) and together they have 3 active boys. She loves boating with her family, playing pickleball, and cycling with her hubby. Carolyn enjoyed serving a 5 year term as both President and Treasurer for a local charter school board (Doral Academy of Idaho) and currently serves as a youth advisor for her community church. Carolyn has lived in the beautiful Treasure Valley for the past 20 years and absolutely loves all Idaho has to offer!
